Yoga
Yoga has become very popular more recently which has brought about misconceptions and the thought that yoga can heal ailments, that it is just stretching, and that yoga is all the same. All yoga is not the same and some classes can be quite intense. If you are a beginner yogi, I would suggest a consultation, or joining a class that is made for beginners. While you are welcome to any class, you may find it difficult to keep up with he pace ad that can leave a bad taste in the moth of some. As an experienced yoga provider I would like your first experience to be an amazing one.

Sound Healing
Along with Yoga, we offer Sound healing therapies to help with stress management. Sound healing allows you to relax into a deep meditative state, while therapeutic grade instruments are played to create a sense of calm and safety.
